The SDTA was founded in 2008 by the members of the Local Organizing Committee, with the benefits of the European Transplant Coordinators Organization (ETCO) congress in Geneva 2005, under the presidency of Prof. Peter Suter.
The SDTA is registered in Geneva.
The goals of the association are to:
- promote organ & tissue donation and transplantation in
Switzerland.
- encourage exchange between the health professionals
implicated in organ & tissue donation and transplantation.
- support educational projects
